- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called this post office because I could get nothing but a busy signal at the one I was trying to reach. Bob answered on the second ring and listened carefully to my question and asked me some queestions to make sure he understood exactly what I was asking. He then explained just what I should do. He was friendly, kind and thoughtful, instead of the normal grumpy people I've often dealt with at most post offices. I wish there were more "Bob's" working at our USPS's. Thank you Bob! You've helped restore some of my faith in the workers of our Post Offices in the USA.By B Benton, September 26, 2017
